因應坐位有限 及 同學的 成績 愈來愈勁. 跟師兄等 討論後反映.

 

現在加入多一個規定

 

1)  首次能以 35% 回報 能參加的 同學, 我 會盡量比佢 位置. 我會留一些 quota 比 首次達標的同學. 以示鼓勵進步.

 

2) 第 2次 及 第 3 次 參加 的 師兄 師姐, 要求 比 35% 更 好的 成績. 即是 不只一次過 達至 合格成績.  第2 次 參加 的 同學 應 起碼有 2次 達標; 第3 次 參加 的 同學 應 起碼有 3次 達標.
